About the Role

Partner with hiring managers to understand their technical requirements and talent needs.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top IT professionals in the FinTech industry.
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure their skills and qualifications align with job requirements.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and negotiating job offers.
Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Stay updated with industry trends and market insights to provide valuable recruitment guidance and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in the FinTech industry.

  • Strong knowledge of the US IT market and understanding of FinTech technologies and trends.

  • Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top IT talent.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Ability to effectively evaluate technical skills and assess candidate qualifications.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
