About the Role

Develop long-term technical strategies to achieve company's business goals.
Prioritize feature development, considering competitive advantages and innovation.
Provide technical leadership for the development, enhancement, and alignment of the CRM system.
Analyze user needs and business requirements to determine optimal architecture and functionality.
Ensure development and maintenance of the CRM system using Laravel, following best practices and development standards.
Plan, coordinate, and manage the work of developers, ensuring high-quality task execution and alignment.
Provide technical support, mentorship, and lead by example for the team.
Collaborate and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure shared goals.
Plan and manage resources, including budget, for timely and quality product development.
Monitor project progress, taking corrective actions as needed to meet objectives.
Interact with senior executives and clients, ensuring clear communication of technical matters and opportunities.


  • Experienced engineer with a track record in developing and implementing complex CRM systems.

  • Deep understanding of Laravel and other web development technologies, including server-side concepts.

  • Ability to solve complex technical challenges and make critical technical decisions.

  • Team management skills, with the ability to motivate and educate team members.

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

  • Experience in project and budget planning and management.

  • Knowledge and experience in databases, including Big Data, Node.js, and PHP core.

  • English language proficiency allowing for technical discussions and international communication.

About the Company

We are ASAP, an agency currently seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) on behalf of our client, an international healthcare company founded in Ukraine and operating in over 5 countries. The company has developed an in-house CRM system to optimize its diverse operations, which encompass manufacturing, sales, and delivery functions.

The envisioned role involves advancing the existing CRM system and expanding the company's technological offerings to address its evolving needs. The CTO will be instrumental in defining the technological direction, leading the technical team, and driving innovation to align with the company's business goals.
